- Deposits, cancellation and booking fees, $0 amounts and amounts over $2,000 are excluded.
- Businesses that publish no consultation fee are not in the sample. Whether a fee is later deducted from a treatment price is not recorded.
- Cities with fewer than 10 businesses are not shown.
